Similar experiences to the other positive reviews found here. Nathan at Zooper did a great job. The paperwork filling process was smooth and the price offered is generally good, looks like Nathan does his best to get you a decent deal. The money was into my account within a few hours too. He also came to me both times I had to sell a car - which was great. Overall I can't fault the transactions we made. Good job.
Excellent service when selling our used car. Jordan made the process really easy and was not pushy at all. Got the money the same day - just so easy. Offered us more than other buyers had so we were definitely happy customers. Would recommend them to anyone.
Andrew was fantastic to deal with. Made the process so easy, doing all the paperwork as that is their field of work so it makes it so efficient. Money in bank account straight away. After months of trying to sell privately and dealing with so many time wasters, it was such a pleasure to deal with someone so friendly, with great customer service and knowledgeable in his field work. Our next vehicle we want to sell, without hesitation, we will be heading straight back to see Andrew.
Great Customer Service and easy process. Selling my car was a bigger deal than it should be, but Thomas understanding for the situation and giving me the time I needed was great. What a fantastic experience with their car buying service. I look after my cars and they made an offer that reflected this. They didn't disgrace me with low ball offers like some car buyers do. Obviously they have to make money too but their offer was entirely reasonable and justifiable. Transaction was very smooth and efficient. Very friendly too.
Sold my Hyundai ix35. Made a couple visits, got very personable and professional help from Nathan, and they didn't just match they topped the dealership price offer I already had. Really easy and fast process which I appreciated as I was juggling moving out of the house for heading overseas. Cheers guys
Sold my Subaru XV to Zooper yesterday. Nathan looked after me and he was professional and didn't muck me around which is what I was looking for. Got a price which was pretty much what I wanted if I was selling to a friend or family. I could have gone for a private sale for more, but didn't want to go through the hassle with no guarantee of doing much better without waiting for the right buyer. I Highly recommend these guys.
I highly recommend using the services of Zooper. I had a VW Golf for sale and Andrew Musgrave contacted me and made me a solid offer, I wasn't in a rush to sell it but the price was right so I sold it to them. The service was so good I recommended Zooper to a friend as he was selling his car too. I personally dealt with Andrew and his team from start to finish, the service was faultless. I was contacted via my Car ales ad and made an appointment. I was greeted and led through the process by Jordan who was really clear about the process and what Choices I had. Accept the offer, go and think about it or just say no. I was put under no pressure. After the car was appraised- 10 minutes I received an offer that was spot on. After that it took about another 20 minutes and am now hassle free. Cheers Jordan- top bloke.
