These guys are fantastic! I was refused finance everywhere else due to a bad credit history from a few years ago. Louis took the time to listen to my story and I was approved for a car, something I thought was never going to be possible for me again. Rod and his staff at Cars on Terms are a really great bunch. They have been very supportive and flexible during times I have been financially in a bad place . They adjusted things to help and supplied me with a car that is still running with no issues 5+ years later the team always answers the phone with positive attitude and makes you feel welcome. Best car exsperiance I have ever had thanks heaps cars on terms.
They would have to be the most unorganised place out. One of the staff doesn’t know what there doing giving wrong information about cars and can’t put applications on cars as they were all taken. Then to be told that the owner would help to call the next day and he would come down but I never got a phone call back. So 3rd day of trying getting a phone call back from a female who was very rude and didn’t like the fact that me and my friend told her what we had been threw with the company
Recently purchased a mazda 3 from this yard.. Everyone was very helpful and they all went above and beyond to meet my expectations Highly recommended Rod and his team
This place gave me a go when I struggled to get car finance elsewhere. Sure you pay a bit more interest but it’s to be expected as they’re taking a risk. My car gave me my life back. There was one hiccup with the car in the beginning but they were quick to address it and honoured the warranty. They’ve always been easy to contact and staff are polite and friendly! :

Wot about $1,000. Ur suppose to take off I can't deal with U, U still want another $1,700.+ From me after 4yrs & 9mths original cost $4,995. I paid $17,360. U wanna get $19,000+ out of me I have seeked Legal Action were going to court
These guys went above and beyond to approve my finance. They didn't just decline me they discussed all my financial situation and worked an option for me. Got me into a car in just over a week. Only lose a star because there was some mechanical issues but they were prompt with addressing them.
