I purchased my new i30 from the team at Mount Gravatt and was treated like a king! I had an awesome time having a laugh with the guys and never felt hassled or uncomfortable like I did at Westpoint. Overall a genuinely great experience.

Rudest staff I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting attitude. I went to another dealer before them and I had some accurate numbers for price of the car I wanted to buy. Booked a test drive and went there on time. They asked me to come back in 20 minutes since they were "overbooked". I came back and then talked to some impolite prosonnel who got offented when I told him I have better prices and asked if I can negotiate the price, he said " there is no need for you to drive thus car, go and buy from them. And he walked away".

I had a really good experience. The staff are very friendly and I didn't find the sales team pushy or forceful.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. We booked an appointment to test drive a brand new car. We got to the show room 5 minutes early, only to be told that they might not have the car, that we booked in to drive, in stock anymore (thanks for letting us know). We were told to take a seat, where we waited for 20 minutes past our appointment time. We were considering walking out, but were then fobbed off, to what seemed like a lower-level employee with little cognitive response, who could not answer our questions. He then plodded off to 'go and ask someone something', so we just walked out. I have never felt so belittled as a consumer in my life...Off to the next dealership. I would not recommend Hyundai Keema at Mount Gravatt to ANYONE.

Great service, great team of people to help. Very professional and friendly too. Love my new x-trail. Definitely recommend to all
