Have taken our car to this dealer several times for servicing but never again.
Just recently not only has Southside Ford made successful claims through our warranty supplied by a third party (which were legitimate) but have also tried to claim the same repairs on two separate occasions through our lease company to the value of about $2000, our lease is a salary sacrifice lease. We only found out when our lease company contacted us to say we did not have enough money left in our account to cover the second claim, we quickly advised our lease company under no circumstances to release any more money to Southside Ford and after explaining what was happening our lease company confirmed that both claims were covered by our third party warranty, one of the claims was almost a year old. I have been suspicious in regards to their overall integrity since the last service and what they claim needs repairing and how much they actually check the vehicle, they can't even get the colour of the car correct on the invoices, it isn't silver, never has been, it is dark blue. 
It is a pitty that I can't give a negative star review of this dealer as one star is far too good.
Southside Ford will have to pay us to ever go back to them.

Car is fine, but had nothing but trouble in every dealing I've had with them, customer service is very poor. It seems to stem from the front manager, as some of the staff seem pleasant, but poor manager rubbing off on them.
As they were local I've used them more than I should but using a different dealership in future. Would not recommend.

Zero stars! I booked my car to get a new wheel, tyre and roadworthy. I called to see if my car was ready and they forgot to do it so my car had to stay overnight. By midday the next day I called to see where my quote was and they forgot again! It eventually got sorted out later that day after I complained. It gets worse, I've now found out that they left the VIN number off the roadworthy so it is invalid. Shawn Williams is hopeless!

Had my sisters Focus serviced here and had the clutch replaced. Was surprised just how affordable it was. Staff were helpful, courteous and I am happy to recommend them.

Took the car in for a service, and had a noisy front wheel.  Staff swapped the two front tyres to fix this problem (which admittedly it did reduce the noise a fair bit).  But the tyres were directional tyres and hence were now mounted with the wrong rotation direction - on top of this, I was surprised to find that the tyre pressures also hadn't been touched after the service leaving me concerned about the bits of the car I can't easily access or check.
Customer service only offered me credit for the tyre swap works.  After dropping in to discuss a refund the staff said I could only be assisted by the service representative in charge of my file, but they have repeatedly failed to return my calls.
