First time to going to Sci Fleet Brendale. Waiting area for business people or to use your computer is no where near as good as Kedron Location. Secondly I had a fixed price at the start of the day. When I went to pick up the Gentleman said I had given permission for Wipers and Filters. He gave me a time he said he called, I said I hadn't spoken to anyone only had one text and had replied no to it. He said he called me and I gave permission. I showed him call logs no calls from him to my phone. He said again he spoke to me and that the person said they had a few cars in and I had given permission. I only have one car. He wiped the extra charges but no apology and I felt the atmosphere was like I could cut a knife through it. It didn't make for a comfortable situation.
Bought a new Hilux & obtained a new unused Toyota branded nudge bar for it. Dealer refused to fit as I hadn't purchased from them. Obviously making too much money to look after customers! A big fail at the first hurdle.
Absolutely worst experience I have ever experienced. Starter motor failed. Their price $1230 approximate. I supplied my own starter motor for $124. Yes I received an aftermarket starter motor. I dropped the starter motor off and ask what time my car will be ready for pick up. I were mentioned between 3-4 pm same day. I payed Uber to drop myself off. Only to be told. I will check with tge mechanic only to be told they are finishing the paper work off. Will be 20-30 minutes. That time passed than a person came out to say your gear box has now got to be removed. Only then to blame a 3rd party for the wrong bolts had been previously put into the starter motor from a clutch replacement. Is was getting close to finishing time 4:00pm. The then rush to get the new starter back in and the bolts were stripped. Stripped bolts are hard to remove all the way. At no point was this a consideration. They still proceeded to blame the 3rd party clutch replacement. A customer should not need to become firm to receive an end result. Such an unprofessional company.
Recently came into the yard ready to purchase a new RAV4. After spending over 15mins in the yard looking at the car, no one had come out to see if we would like any assistance. I could see all of the sales people inside watching us inspect the car, talking amongst themselves. As the only customers in the yard at that time, we left and drove straight up to the North Lakes dealership who now have my money for a new RAV4. Not sure if you think that a woman can’t buy a car without the company of a man, but I suggest that something needs to change in the customer service department at Sci Fleet Toyota.
