We have just returned from visiting Sci-Fleet Brendale for a hybrid battery check and a valuation. We spoke to Tom Willebrands about the later and if I could give Tom 10 stars I would be delighted to do so. He listened attentively to our story with genuine interest. He informed us he had been with Toyota for over 2o years and he is a credit to first class Toyota service. The battery check was excellent and was a much lower price than we expected how often does that occur!. The young person we dealt with in the service department was also excellent answering all our questions with helpful information and a wealth of experience. Thank you Sci-Fleet Toyota Brendale for a great experience of top-class service.
Joan and Ben are extremely helpful and solution orientated. They understood my situation and went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of my new car was smooth and hassle free! Will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade.
Be careful of Chris and his talking. Went in with cash to do a deal. Spent two hours waiting for him to come back with a price on a brand new car. Had a good trade in ready. Low balled us on the trade and refused to offer us a deal on the new car. Then proceeded to tell us that we were not in the driving seat in the negotiations. Absolutely rude and terrible service. Go elsewhere.

Thanks Dan E. for helping me from start to finish with purchasing my new car. My 3 boys and I upgraded from a 2001 Daewoo Lanos to a 2022 Rav4. I had to explain to my children why our new car didn't have a stick that winds around in a circle to wind the windows down. The door latch was broken on 1 of the Daewoo doors and was not useable, so my 5 year old is excited he can finally open his door without having to climb over the seats anymore. This car means so much to us and we are so grateful. Thanks Toyota!
