Initially the team were great. Rory was no-nonsense and respected what I wanted with no sales tactics or pushing. I purchased a hilux under novated lease. Unfortunately I cannot say that the post pickup has been as smooth. They still have not paid me back my 2k that I opted to pay to guarantee a specific coloured hilux NOT a deposit as this is a novated lease- paid by my workplace. I picked up the car on Friday 28th November yet they still refuse to refund me as the car has not yet been settled for by my workplace. This has absolutely nothing to do with my 2k payment and the invoice outstanding by the mining company who it is invoiced to. Essentially at this point toyota is illegally holding my private funds under a flimsy pretence of awaiting the invoice to be paid through the completely separate channel of the novated lease agreement. Beware, they're happy to take your cash but will do whatever they can to not return it.
I rang the service department very stressed. We are visiting from 4 hours away and my dash lit up! They waited for us to arrive and looked at my car. The mechanic even stayed back to assist. Staff very friendly compared to other Toyota's I called in Brisbane . 100% recommend. They went above and beyond to help me out.
Extremely poor service communication. I called 4 times on different days and the service department never answered. Every time I had to go through sales just to be transferred, only to be told they were busy and would call me back — they never did. Left multiple voicemails with no response. Completely fed up and ended up booking with Torque Toyota instead. Very disappointing service department.
