Outstanding Service! In particular Trevor Johnston went above and beyond the service we expected to make the whole new car process a pleasurable hassle free experience. Even when obstacles were put in his way Trevor resolved them with no disruption to us or our process. Would definitely recommend Norris Motor Group VW Kedron and will be using them again

I recently called to book my car for a service. Unfortunately the service agent abruptly told me that due to outstanding debt between the leasing company my car is through and Norris Motor Group, they are not in a position to service my vehicle. To be honest, financial and contractual arrangements through Norris Motor Group and third parties are non of my business and should not be grounds to refuse to service a customers vehicle. Having dealt with Norris Motor Group for six years, my last service was the only positive and thought they had improved on their attitude. It appears not. Hopefully the service agent continue to enjoy munching on crisp in front of customers while they wait to be served.

Classic salesmen. They will do anything to get the deal across the line, but to quote them “it’s not in writing so we won’t take any responsibility”. My 16 year old brother bought his first car and it’s been nothing but a headache and is costing him so much money. I wouldn’t go near them unless you are buying a brand new car. A 1 star rating is simply too kind.

I strongly recommend you stay away from Norris Motor Group Volkswagen. I was dealing with Jayson Russell the Commercial Sales Manager who was extremely rude and aggressive. It must be said that this dealer and Sales Manager are not honest and they don't have your best interests.
