Mohammad and his manager were amazing to deal with. They gave me an excellent deal on the car I purchased, provided a lot of helpful information that made it a lot easier for me and the mechanic confirmed it was in A1 condition. They went out of their way to accommodate me around my work schedule, and on top of everything else the after-sales service was also excellent - they delivered the car to me for free, which was 45 minutes away. The car was a present to my daughter for her 21st, she loves it and I have had a great experience at Joyss Cars! Thank-you!

BUYER BEWARE obtains illegal roadworthies, I had a report done prior to purchasing, there is no way that it should have been roadworthy. Also update, this car is ripe with issues, costing me a fortune, I needed a cheap reliable car, all I got was the cheap...Initially now I have a brick on wheels, cheers mate for the integrity

Purchased a vehicle from joyss cars, I am writing this with no malicious intent it is as exactly as is implied a review and I will be accurate and true.
Firstly meeting Mohammed, fantastic guy really putting in for his job was so easy to talk to and exploitative of the forms. The process was quite cut and dry in a good way. The car needed to be registered so I waited for them to do that and come back as whether intentional or not I cant say the safety certificate conveniently had been filled in incorrectly so this was suspicious probably not intentionally but suspicious. I will also add he said it would cost me $60-70 to transfer ownership, both my ex and myself heard him say this twice.  Prior to signing I negotiated from 6k to 5820k on the grounds based on the 250 point inspection performed by my mechanic, the mechanic works for stateroads they dont have any vested interest in a dealer or myself they do a job and thats the end of it. There was only one key and it did not work to remotely unlock the car I brought this up prior to signing and he told me it was just the battery and if not we will sort it out if it wasnt the battery,  as I had tried to barter a better price on those grounds as to have a key programmed for that car is $440 dollars, Typically it was not the battery I rang to advise him it wasnt the battery, he turned into quite a rude man at this point. He stated this is not true didnt say that and would be every 5 seconds cutting me off playing the innocent card, He then told me this call was going nowhere and hung up. I still have the one key and it still does not work.  I went to get the rego transferred to my name. With my disability concession the cost was well above 70, with concession it cost me $112, without almost $200. I was very irritated by this he strictly told me that is all it would cost and I feel very mislead in regards to this.  Same story called him up he wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise spoke to me as though I was 8 years old and said "who doesnt know about stamp duty?" Disrespectful way to talk to someone and offensive, he then rattled on about how many cars he sells in a week leading the conversation astray, said "this call is going nowhere and hung up.
I will also add the car inside was so filthy I have never purchased a vehicle so filthy. As I was watching the car be moved out of their driveway, whoever was driving it out massively bottomed it out, I am not reaching or grabbing for the sake of it, This all happened and the greater community should exercise caution.

I know myself I should have got it in writing, however he seemed exceptionally genuine and I have dealt with all types of car dealers, so I let my guard down. I have been wronged and do not wish that upon anyone else. 

BUYER BEWARE

Additionly he will reply to this and play the good guy or that I was lying I have no reason to lie it wont get me anything, he does have reason to lie as he will want to protect his reputation, keep this in mind.
