Used to be good until newish "manager"/"expert installer" started. Now nothing but hassles from someone who has no idea what they are talking about, disgusting service

Long story short: Bought a camper trailer. It weighs more than 750kg so I needed an electric brake controller fitted to my car. Went to Autobarn Enoggera. So, what would normally take a competent installer 90 minutes - 2 hours tops - to complete, took these guys almost 8 hours... over 3 days! Icing on the cake? There are only 3 controls on the brake controller I bought: a power knob, a boost button, and a manual knob. So when referring to the instruction manual regarding turning the manual knob to the left, the installer looked at me with genuine confusion and said "Not sure about that one, your car's an automatic". I suggest you stick to roof rack and stereo speaker installations, and redirect your customers elsewhere for anything more 'complex' than that. I have my reservations about online reviews, but if this saves one single person the agony of a similar experience, then it will have served its purpose.

yeah goes alright, it wasn't for those two grouse lads Wes & Bryn it wouldn't be so great. Give them a payrise!!!!!
