The service I received at Australian Mechanics was the best I've ever had with mechanics! I was given a lift back home while my car was being serviced and was picked up again when it was finished. They notified me about some work that would need to be done in the future, but there was no pressure to book anything and they were really transparent about prices. The people there also genuinely care about your experience with their business and they work very efficiently to ensure you feel secure about the people you leave your car with. All in all, I'll definitely be going back regularly for any work I need done on my car!

I had to get my car serviced in a hurry due to a breakdown. I called Australian Mechanical and spoke with Matt. Not only did he ask my to bring it straight down, he offered to drop me off and pick me up from the train station so I could still get to work. Matt called me when he was servicing the car and let me know what had happened in a way that I could understand and I felt like the price was good. When I picked my car up, the service staff were really nice. I will be taking my car back to Aus Mechanical and would recommend them as a clear honest mechanic.

Service was very professional and completed quickly. Staff was able and willing to answer all my questions and ensure I knew what was and needed to be done with my vehicle. Quote given was what I paid. Will be going back when I need a vehicle repair.
