My parts missing during repairs and they did not put the cover back! The guyKEN told me it's normal like that to be open and this car modelHonda Accord did not have cover from factory they told me its mean to be open like that??? I have no knowledge about car But I know what missing when you were driving your car for more than 6 years. And which car company have it open like that Photos attached On the day of repairs the lady was rude told me I was very late for the appointment, but I did call them 2-3 days before that I cannot make 9am on the day but I will be there at 12 and they said that's ok. The receptionist lady was very efficient with everything under her control. They work with care and is happy to address it if any faults are detected. I shall recommend them to every prospective “accidenter”who is looking for a good job done on his/her vehicle.
I do not recommend using Gemini if you are checking to see what repairers are reputable, and looking through other reviews about them which I wish I had done now I feel that others would corroborate my story with theirs. I was referred to this company by RACQ. The booking seemed easy enough and when I arrived the receptionist was helpful. That’s where things stopped being good. I was told that the vehicle would be repaired and back to me within 14 days. I use my car for my business so knowing that I used a hire car for this time. I checked 3 days and the day before prior to picking the up that it would be ready. I was told each time that they would come back to me, which they didn’t and the day I was to pick it up I had to call them and was informed it wouldn’t be until the following day. When I did pick the car up, it was late being available, the two wing side mirrors no longer worked, there were multiple tape marks on the roof of the vehicle, the car windows had been left open and sanded builders bog and fumes were in the car. On top of that they had lost the logo badge on the replacement wheel which needed to be repaired in the accident. I raised these issues up with Gemini. The workshop manager didn’t care that the wing mirrors were working prior to dropping them off they do no identification of issues with the vehicle prior or post job - which if they had would have identified the items missed that they were responsible for prior to returning the vehicle - post note: I have had a call from Gemini stating that they had a pre inspection of the mirror prior to the job that said it had damage and that they would not be responsible for it and that they do a post inspection which clearly wasn’t done properly or they would have picked up the other issues which they have remedied- this does not give confidence about their pre fill inspection which they rely on to tell RACQ when a customer makes a complaint. I have had to return to Gemini to have the car inspected, and repaired - they refuse to do the wing mirrors- and this has cost me a day without work and my time and effort. This will leave me with a damaged car and another days lost pay because I have to now foot the bill for repairs which I will not be doing through Gemini. Seriously considering making a claim through QCAT to cover the damage and my costs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my Mazda 3 there for repairs covered by racq insurance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A taxi was organised for me promptly. A gentleman came out to assess my car panel damage. Lately that afternoon I received a text message advising my car should be repaired by next Wednesday. They have repaired the front end of the car successfully last year. Good work indeed.
