Zac is always helpful when we are dropping trucks off ..

They had our truck for over 6 months. They fixed three things in 6 months. 53 hours work, or 2 hrs a week. They simply held us at ransom. Words can't describe the disappointment and feelings of being caught between a rock and a hard place. If you know anyone else that can fix your truck, use them instead.

Had a EGR valve fault. We Replaced EGR valve ECM has no active faults we have scan tool. Need a dealership scan tool to clear it Told we have to wait a week for the to plug in a clear the code. Would not be buying any more hinos
