After some ongoing dramas with an insurance company, I found Pickering Smash, in particular Rob the owner, excellent to deal with. They were able to go above and beyond in being helpful to assist in the specific circumstances I had for resolution. Nothing requested seemed to big a problem, and they would go out of their way to help resolve, including when it was probably not their issue.
To top it off, the work was problem free aside from a bonnet catch adjustment, sorted in moments on pick up.
Thanks Rob for the work in repairing and resolving this.

Had an insurance claim and was provided thorough information on the process, what repairs were needed, when to bring the car in for repairs and the time span it would take to repair.

The repairs were completed faster than predicted time span and were of a good quality. Very happy with the service and repairs from the team.

A big thank you to Mike Scott and the Team at Pickering Smash Repairs. My pride and joy was fixed in two days after someone one hit it at a railway station. No note left and I was pretty cut up about it.  Pickering's were calm, understanding and professional, got me going again in minimum time and minimum disruption to me.  Thank you and really appreciated.
