My intention is not simply to complain, but to explain what happened, the impact it had on me as a prospective customer, and where I believe the customer experience could be improved.nnWhile the reception staff and management were friendly and professional, my experience with the salesperson was disappointing. I was initially advised that a test drive was available, but after presenting my valid Victorian Australian driver licence, I was told that I could not test-drive the vehicle because I did not hold a Queensland licence. I subsequently confirmed with the dealership's own management, as well as two other Toyota dealerships, that this was not a requirement.nnThe impact was that I lost confidence in the salesperson and ultimately decided that I would not purchase my vehicle from this dealership. For a purchase of this significance, customers need accurate information, consistency and clear professional communication.nnMy recommendation would be to ensure sales staff are properly briefed on test-drive and licensing requirements and are able to communicate dealership policies clearly and professionally. I am spending my own time providing this feedback because constructive customer feedback can help staff and the business improve.
I’ve just bought my new GR86 with Henry and I absolutely love it!nnHenry is definitely one of the best car dealers I’ve met. Honest, warm, and very straightforward during the negotiation process. He was always there whenever I needed help and replied promptly every time.nnSuch a great buying experience. Highly recommend Henry if you’re looking for an stress-free and genuine car purchase!
Visited the dealership few weeks ago and had a great experience at this Toyota dealership. Mr Nishanth Warikoo was friendly, patient, and really helpful during the test drives. No pressure at all, just honest answers and support. Highly recommend
This dealership is failing, we have purchased multiple cars over the years and the level of care and service is just continuing to decline.nnOctober last year we test drove a Corolla cross for my mother in law, she loved the car but scifleet went interested in helping with a sale.nnTheir demo was priced higher than a new car and the excuse was “we don’t want to sell the demo and we don’t have stock”nnApril 2026, I go to purchase a Camry, again, demos and no new stock.nnMade two enquires and the reality is I was told “the car sells its self, we don’t need to discount and you’re welcome to shop elsewhere”nnThat’s fine, vehicle was ordered and will be delivered next week by Torque Toyota.nnMums was delivered in 3 days by Black Toyota Warwick.
