I do highly suggest you look at the competition, as a sales consultant this dealership lack after sales care $46,000 sale but have no time for customers before during or even after the sale is done. The sale itself took 2 and an half weeks. Anybody doing a 5 star review is either incredibly lucky with the service they got or the store is gaming for a better NPS. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I’ve had my car booked in to be looked at. first by Zupps Aspley who said they couldn’t help me and that I had to take the vehicle to torque Ford and they found a couple of things wrong with the vehicle they’ve reached out to Zupps for it to get fixed I’ve not heard anything back that was 2 weeks ago now the vehicle’s audio system has not worked since driving away the car was only purchased a month ago. The lack of after sales customer care and inability to reach anybody at your establishment has been that of a joke I had to contact your Mount Gravett firm to book a service not only that I get there on the day and I’m told you guys cannot help me how pathetic. Waste my time and money when that could’ve been told to me before I arrived in the day. The next step is contacting the ACCC.
The Team at Kedron Subaru have been amazing this past weekend. I was lucky winner of their competition at the Modern Woman's Expo and got to drive the Outback for the weekend around Gold Coast and stay at The Sofitel Broadbeach. Jamie and the team were super friendly and efficient! The also sponsored me for my competing in World Beauty Fitness and Fashion Event. The Outback was super responsive and smooth to drive and the stereo was actually very clear and loud. I would of loved to take it home. Thanks guys!

Atrocious communication from service dept. Message bank reached constantly. No messages returned. Worst dealer experience in my lifetime. Can't get rid of you qiuck enough at drop off.
When it comes to purchasing a new car, the process can normally go two ways: 1 - You have a great experience. or 2 - Just a typical laborious task of getting the right car to suit your needs. In the instance my Family & I just had this week at Kedron Subaru, well there was a third. Firstly, this is where customer service & relating to your customers on an individual level comes into play. Jamie & the Team at Kedron Subaru have been nothing short of an absolute pleasure to deal with. And that is an understatement. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & we could all relate which made this purchase so enjoyable. My Wife & I were looking for a new weekend toy but also something we could put the kids seats in the back. We walked into the dealership & things just went from a good experience to next level. Michael AKA The STI guru, took us for a test drive in an STI. The attention to detail & the level of information he provided was unbelievable. I was sold the moment we drove out for our first test! Michael being a Subaru fan & a massive advocate for this type of car he owning this exact car himself was such a good experience. His knowledge & sheer passion for these cars was amazing. Following on from that, Jamie's team Emma, Charlie & Sonny all were so good to deal with & never made the process of purchasing our car awkward or forcing on an upsell. From the regular updates from Emma to arranging our Finance so smoothly was perfect. Secondly, Jamie conducts his business in such a way that we felt like family & not just 'another customer'. I think that was the real reason why we had no qualms whatsoever in paying full price for our new WRX STI. I just wanted to extend my sincerest thanks to all at Kedron Subaru. My Family & I are so happy with our new car. I am looking forward to coming in again to share our experiences & to bring in the Brat Jamie knows what I'm referring to haha Who knows, might have to trade in the Wife's car for another..... I recently swapped my 2017 Levorg STI for the 2020 version. I love the Subaru brand and the friendly staff were non-patronising. As a woman buying a car, I often come across dealers who try to tell me what I want, rather than listening to what I want. These guys were just great. My new Levorg STI was delivered beautifully!
Rang up 5 times to speak to service manager re an issue I had with my gps update on my forester never got a call back. Contacted Subaru at Morayfield and had my issue booked in within 3 days and fixed.
Service Division customer service disappointment. Reported, inspected, evidenced on Service Report “photos taken for warranty submission” 4 phone calls later, with little to no response, each time being told Warranty team not available to provide an update. One return visit to discuss face to face, same outcome, warranty team not in. 10 weeks passed and I am now being told photos lost and please take photos and submit. Appalling customer service and follow up, leaving me frustrated and grossly disappointed.
Took my business to Indooroopilly because Habib simply didn't bother to respond when I wanted to know what colours and cost of XVs, even though he said he'd get back to me this was April 2022. Was ready to buy/order in, but he obviously didn't want the sale. I love my new XV, however - thank you, Indooroopilly Subaru!
