Just picked up my new raptor today with Serge! Great service 10/10! Serge is so nice, friendly, always responding. We are so lucky to get the car even earlier than estimated. We also had a amazing celebrating for the pick up with Serge and he spend lots of time to explain every details about the car systems. Strongly recommend to contact Serge for any Ford cars!
I recently purchased a new car through Sergio and he was fantastic to deal with. The car that I ordered was on order for 6 months and he kept me well informed throughout the process on where everything was at. He also provided me with some fantastic advice on the new car but also on the industry as a whole. Definitely has a lot of helpful experience. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Sergio so if you're looking for a new car, definitely ask for him at the Newstead branch if you're wanting a Ford.
Matt Murrell from Metro Ford is one of the best car sales persons I have ever had a chance to work with. Super good guy and nothing was a problem with him. Fantastic old fashioned service and price that I was extremely impressed with. My son loves his new car. Thanks Matt
Sales department were great. Very easy to deal with. Service department deserves zero stars. At my first service for my mustang with 17k kms they told me I needed 4 new brake rotors worth 3k. I took it to a different service yard and the rotors are still fine to this day - 3 years from when they said they needed replacing. Unethical is putting it nicely.
My experience with the Ford Team and Serge Singarella in particular was first rate. In summary: - SS was genuine and caring throughout, treating us as people, not just customers - He patiently answered all my many questions - Always responded to my phone calls on the day, sometimes as late as 7pm after a busy day! - I made it clear that even tho I favoured a Ranger the XLT or Wildtrak were outside our budget of abt $50 k max and I was thinking Navara or Triton to get what we wanted. - He came up with the XL Tradie option which provided far better value than the other makes and was under budget. The deal was sealed. -All this occurred during a period when was facing and then undergoing serious surgery - We can’t rate Serge highly enough as a salesperson or thank him enough for our Ranger Tradie. We have added some racks, rolltop and AT wheels and tyres and are rapt! Our friends who just bought a Wildtrak for $70k + are not happy! Thanks Serge and thanks Metro Ford… Phil and Wendy Horwood
Serge was the absolute best from the start to delivering of the car he was super helpful & communicated with us every step of the way! Ordering of the car was a breeze, choosing our features, ensuring our car was delivered earlier than estimated time & gave us the best service. Highly recommend going through Serge.
Just wanted to say a massive shout out to Serge and Ben for getting Jess Cassidy into her new ride. You guys were absolutely fantastic. Serge knew heaps about the car and was very responsive whenever we needed our questions answered. He even messaged her after hours when we were pestering him absolutely amazing. And Ben Falcone, I mean could you honestly find a better business manager!? This guy clearly has more experience than the majority of business managers in Brisbane! And it clearly shows. Metro Ford. You need to buy these men some drinks because they were absolutely brilliant. I will need a car soon and I know where I will be going to get it! Cheers Ben and Serge !

Picked up my new Raptor today and it’s absolutely phenomenal. The team at Metro ford Brisbane were great! Serge was fantastic and a true gentleman throughout the whole experience. Well done
Edit: 10/08/2022…sitting on the Cunningham Highway, once again, broken down, due to an overheating issue. Waiting for a tow truck AGAIN!!! Metro Ford were meant to contact me to discuss my vehicle issues after I submitted my review. No contact! At least 4 times in just over 12 months, my vehicle has been towed to be fixed after Metro Ford broke it in June 2021. Utterly appalling service and zero contact. How am I supposed to live, work, etc with an unreliable vehicle? Disgusting service and I would not recommend Metro Ford at Newstead! Booked my car in for it's regular service 18 months ago and they broke a spark plug when trying to remove it. It took a week to get the vehicle back after the "specialist" came to remove it but had the wrong tools. I've had my spark plugs changed three times since that incident. Since then, I've had nothing but problems with it. It's just gone on the back of a tow truck for the second time in 4 months. Bought a new car yesterday and went to look for the service book, not there. Called Metro Ford to get copies of my service history all of which was performed at Metro Ford Newstead and spoke to Madison ? who fobbed me off, took details, promised I'd get a call....no call back from anyone. Called again this morning to be told that Monday is the busiest day and that I'd get a call back today. Let's see what happens.
