Ray White have been absolutely professional, supportive, responsive, and dedicated to supporting me to maintain multiple tenancy agreements within my company. Allison, Rona, and Katie are great property managers that go above and beyond what is required of them! Highly recommended to investors and tenants!
I'm not big on writing reviews or real estate agency's. But I was quite happy with Alison as my property manager. Over the period of my lease everything has run smoothly any issues she was happy to discuss with and sort out. Even when I broke lease and was looking for another property, I kept her in the loop of what's going on and she made the whole transition go without any dramas. Wish there were more real estate agents like her.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Katie for being such an amazing property manager. Always so prompt with email responses, calls and shows genuine interest with her tenants. A great asset to the Ray White team!

My property manager Katie Bain consistently went above and beyond the duties of her job when it came to anything I requested including maintenance, inspections etc. She was always so approachable and kind while still being professional and efficient. She made being a tenant through ray white an absolute privilege and should be considered an irreplaceable asset to the company! :
Alison Reid, the manager of my last rental property brings professionalism, courtesy and human touch to the job. She goes the extra mile, as far as it is within her means, to make living in a property excellent - bring a request before her & she goes all out to have it resolved in the best interest of both parties.
Jarrod was exceptional! Honestly I found the process so easy as Jarrod explained everything step by step. We put together a game plan and before I knew it we had multiple offers at the first Open Home. The property went Under contract within a week and achieved more than we expected.
We have been in our rental since February. Alison is very professional, approachable and a great communicator. When we have needed repairs or tradesmen, the issues have been dealt with promptly. If we decide to move in the future, we are hoping to find another property managed by Alison.
We are so lucky to have Rona Green from Ray White Redbank Plains as our property manager. She is prompt, courteous and kept us up to date at all times. I would absolutely recommend Rona as a property manager, she’s a valuable asset to the Ray White team and will protect your investment - you are in safe hands.
Jarrod Scanlan is one of the best agents I’ve worked with in real estate. He’s professional and prompt. He’s knows exactly what he’s talking about and has a lot of knowledge about Ipswich areas. Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family and will work with him again in the future. Great job Jarrod!
