Could give no star if I could. The service was horrible. The high turn over rate of property managers have resulted in the mixed up in communications. There were at least 3 property manager change during my one and a half year with them. Property managers at this Raywhite are inexperience and have not got the appropriate training. Got them to look after my rental property and they found a trouble tenant, although she damaged my property. They didn’t record nor do anything months later and then came to the conclusion that they do not have enough evidence and it’s my responsibility to fix it. Even after I have left them for another agent, they took months to pay me back the amount they withheld from me. If you have property, Raywhite definitely not the right choice. Biggest in the areas yet got the most inexperience property manager.

Love raywhite always helpfull and prompt mareena however you are a complete incompitant owner 9 whole months of weekly calls from this agent re my hot water system and after 9 months you finnaly fix it. Yor review is because they stood up for a tennant and fired you as an owner with their agencey I WILL RE RENT THROUGH RAYWHITE REDBANK PLAINS THE GIRLS ARE GREAT AND QUOCK TO ACT ON REPAIR REQUESTS.

Highly recommend Ray White Redbank Plains, if I could give them more stars, I would! 
I called in need of finding a rental property within a week, I explaining the situation and fear that I did not have enough time to find a rental property for my Mother in law. Trish then contacted my Mother in law straight away and was more than happy to help get her in a property (the property is lovely and in a quiet street). 
Before contacting the office, the whole process of finding a house was very stressful and so far no one was willing to help us out but the staff in the office were all lovely and Trish was on the ball and motivated to help us, she was very professional and had us approved in a timely fashion . We are very appreciative of the service which was given to us and will not hesitate to recommend Trish to friends and family.

We have been dealing with Kellie Moran - Our Property Manager and she has been fantastic. We are first time in investment properties and she has made our journey so far very smooth. Her response is very professional, efficient and great at attention to detail. Have recommended her to my friends and families. Thanks Kellie

We have recently moved across to Ray White to have our property managed. Kellie has been nothing short of amazing. She is quick to respond and has our best interests at heart. After having had bad experiences with another real estate in the area I would not hesitate to recommend Ray White Redbank Plains, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Kellie as a property manager.
