From the very first conversation I ever had with Natasha Ruhl she has lied through her teeth about absolutely everything. Will go to incredible lengths to avoid doing her job, nothing ever gets done, the things that do get done (which in my experience is paper work and not much else) aren’t done in reasonable time and don’t even bother approaching her with a maitence issue, I lived in a house with a leaking wall that ran through into the next bedroom causing mould on the carpet and anything that touched it, doors that wouldn’t close for privacy and warmth and leaking taps, all of which I was told for 6 months “isn’t urgent”... on what planet is having closing doors in the middle of winter not urgent? Check Property are nothing but an unnecessary headache.   0 stars.

We have had  a great experience with Check Property & Natasha. From the point of changing from previous agent to getting our investment property rented. Natasha have kept us updated at all time and provided great service. I would definitely recommend Check Property & Natasha to anyone who is looking to change from current agents.
