Awesome services great staffs very professional especially our Property Manager Mei who looked after us for almost 2 years. She was always there when we needed help. We value her assistant such a brilliant property manager that she understand our situations. She always advised us in 6 weeks advance for any house inspection through email then follow up with a text. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who look for properties to rent. LJ Hooker welcomed us with an open arms when we first arrived to Australia and looked for a place to rent. I told them our situation and need and then; they did all the walk and process from the beginning til the end. Thank you LJ Hooker but most of all thank you Mei for everything all your time and effort we value all your assistant and we appreciated everything.

I would like to thank Biddy Wheeler of LJ Hooker in Forest Lake. Biddy has looked after my properties for many years, and has always been very professional, approachable and her advice has been paramount in all areas of Property Management.

Biddy’s knowledge and her confidence in the industry has always made me feel comfortable that my investment is in good hands.

Having now sold my property, Biddy has once again stepped up and guided me through to her colleagues who have also, in turn, made me feel comfortable in the process – thank you LJ Hooker and in particular Biddy Wheeler – you are a true asset!

Would write no stars also if I could. horrid property manger. does everything in power to take bonds. blames things on the renter that happened previously. moved in bulbs did work (house had no power at the time to check) never fixed them in the spare room now on exit report they want us to fix them. property manger rude. owner breached, breach still not fixed. rec a breach for bread crumbs on the stove top. house falling apart nothing fixed.

Loved the service. Very details responses and very thorough inspection and details gathered about the tenants. Highly Recommended.

Very happy with LJ Hooker FL. Mei is a very good preperty manager. She solved problems which arose quickly or escalated it where need be.  Owner was also very good as aircons stopped working and they were replaced and fixed within the week. Very professional friendly and it was a pleasure to rent with them.
