Firstly I can not be any more impressed by this agency Absolutely fantastic communication and understanding! Kim sio you have put in so much time and effort into helping us get a property I was even able to talk with her after hours!! No matter how many times I emailed called or Text in regards to our application (alot!!!)  never once Was I ignored or spoken rudely to which happen with a few other real estates in the area anyone looking to rent buy or sell I highly recommend Kim at The little Real estate forest lake!! You won't be disappointed.. Thank you the little Real estate forest lake!!!!

Communication Communication Communication - Madison is a Gem compared to my previous Managing Agent and Real Estate.. Thank God Madison took over ! 
No one is perfect in any position but Madison uses the best tool: Communication to inform of any processes - hiccups - negative - positive- decisions - outcomes. 
As an Agent she not only gets results for her clients she is the go between both parties to ensure satisfaction and extremely knowledgeable.
Little Real Estate is lucky to have her on board and so am I.

Emma Kirkman was my property manager at little real estate for some time. Any issues are resolved immediately. Emma's work is second to none. Things like bond transfers & remaining rent was sorted very quickly & in a smooth manner. Very satisfied with the customer service also! Polite & helpful.. Highly recommend.

My current experience with Kristy from Little Real Estate and my past experiences with Centenary Real Estate are like chalk and cheese there is just no comparison. Kristy's major focus on a daily basis is for the tenant, and you are made to feel special and my concerns if any by email are always responded to promptly. Kristy works hand in hand with the property owner to ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standard for the tenant and the owner, for example gutter cleaning, smoke alarm inspection and property inspection for rodents and termites to just name a few. I highly recommended Kristy and all staff at Little Real Estate for the excellent customer experience and look forward to this experience continuing in the future
