I had to do 1 star to get started. But don't get me started. 20 years of renting. The absolute worst i have encountered. Liars and dishonest peaple. Zero star is what they deserve. The staff are absolutely incompetent and the principal the same. I usually keep my comments to myself. But be aware.  They are not good peaple.

I have recently been a tenant of ap-realty, and can not fault them. The team in Property Management were the best I have ever dealt with, and I couldn't be happier. Would not hesitate to rent through them again.

As a landlord I am super happy with ap-realty Forest Lake, they are helpful, professional and lovely to deal with. As a landlord it is also important for me that I have quality tenants and that they too feel valued as good tenants by the real estate -  my property managers Julie and Katy have been marvellous in this respect.

I agree with Toni.. Rude and condescending i found Katy to be. Might as well have said i was a liar. Although i was honest and upfront with them throughout tenancy, i still got shafted for $300 off my bond for previous tenants damage that didn't appear on condition report. $300 quote was on their own letterhead with no breakdown of what this money was for. Bunch of money grubbing W.....s!! Even tho i left a month ago, I am still seething at the fact that she also triggered an anxiety attack and subsequent bout of depression due to her lack of people skills. Something that must've been lacking in her training.
