Johnson Real Estate Forest Lake

We recently sold our second investment home in the Springfield area through Johnson RE The Lakes ,both houses selling quite quickly and we were happy with the sale prices. In fact Peter Tran, in the final negotiations, achieved a significantly higher price than I asked for! Both sales were achieved with a minimum of fuss and I was never felt out of the loop with the proceedings. Johnson's sales strategies appear to be highly developed and efficient to bring the right buyers to inspect your home; rather than relying on Opens to drag in tyre kickers. Peter Tran was always available and at any time I left a message I knew he would call back at the soonest opportunity. I appreciated this. Very impressed!

Peter of Johnson Real Estate Forest Lake was very professional and got results for us. We tried four real estate agencies previously for selling our property, but they could not get any reasonable offers. Peter was able to get an offer that was in our price range and this only took less than 1 month from the day we agreed for marketing our property.
