Boost Realty is a fantastic Real Estate Agent to rent through, whom takes great care of there tenants. Josie was my Property Manager and i have to say the best Property Manager i have ever had. She is exceptional at what she does, and is easy to approach about anything - Josie is the type of Prop Manager that will go above and beyond for her tenants. She always made sure any request i had was dealt with in an instant and she dealt with it like it was never a problem for her, which made me feel like i was being looked after as a tenant. Renting through Boost Realty and having Josie as my PM made my renting experience the best one to date, and moving out was not one bit stressful because Josie made it easy for me. Thank you Josie you are amazing !

BOND MONEY RIPOFF BY BOOST REALTY. Use to rent a property 7 Glen Echo Street. When we moved out, we asked if we could clean the property. JOSIE property manager agreed. Never been said that we require bond cleaning receipts. So we cleaned the house by ourselves So they hired the cleaners who charged like $594.The job was 80% done by us also I have cleaned the carpet from rug doctor which was hired from Bunnings. The carpet job was done by me and it was 100%. Also got charged $154.Then for one light cover Josie send me the receipt for $183.20. Seems like it’s a silver or gold light cover. $72 time and Admin charges. And then grant hourly charges are 0.70=$64.40 Allan hourly charges are 0.55= $46.20 So all up I have been riped off by $931.20 WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO RTA

As an owner of a rental property I am very happy with my agent and the professionalism shown through out the years. I thank Josie and the team at boost reality for keeping my property to a high standard protecting investment. Now in regards to the Preet Singh’s comment I would like to point out a few facts that was neglected to mention in the previous post! 1: it is infact law to bond clean a property when vacating. 2. It is infact law to maintain a garden to a satisfactory condition when vacating. 3. All of the rubbish should have been removed. 4. Damages should have been repaired by you prior to vacating. None of this was completed to a satisfactory standard, of which has put myself out of pocket substantially. I myself don’t understand how a tenant can rate a agent to a poor standard when clearly they haven’t done what the law obligated them to do! Thank you Josie and boost reality for making this right and protecting my investment.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Josie at boost reality . I rented through her at springfield lakes for over 3 years and what a great property manager she is and very understanding. And always on top of things . Thanks Josie for everything. Hope you have a wonderdul christmas
