Premier real estate agents! Since I relocated from Sydney to Brisbane Tsimpikas Real Estate by far would be the best real estate agents Ive dealt with. If there's an issue with your rental that needs attending to - it's fixed that day without having to deal with a landlord that finds his / her own needs more of a priority .Friendly staff with Leo Tsimpikas at the helm - always fair rental& quality properties. If a business has been around for as long as this one- its got to be doing something right to my mind .

I've been made aware of a erronious review from a tenant with an axe to grind. As the so called manager who barred access to this individuals garage, I can confirm that this person left their garage unlocked and in doing so compromising the security of all tenants in this section of the building. A random security check found this door was left unlocked and thus secured by a ratchet strap as a key was not present, the estate agent then immediately notified. This not being the first time the garage door was left unlocked even with clear building by-laws in regards to security. This tenant was clearly annoyed that they had to then access the garage from the inside of the building. The estate agent and the management of the building take security very seriously, and lazy disregard for others safety won't be tolerated.

In short, do not rent with these people. Body corporate entered premises without our knowledge and barred access to garage without any kind of communication. Real estate found this acceptable and was drawn into an argument with our Property Manger as we discovered we couldn't access the garage hours later. If you enjoy very rude property "managers" and being hung up on, go right ahead, otherwise there are much better lessors out there! STAY AWAY!
