Renting a property through them was hassle free! Put in an application through them and had an answer within half an hour. Jade and David Arnold were very helpful answering lots of questions and eliminating any worry's about the experience. Would recommend!

ATTENTION!! Maybe they seem nice and efficient when you approach them for renting however the ending part of my rent experience with them is SUPER TERRIBLE. When I moved in they didn’t give me condition report, and they charged us whatever they wanted to charge at an unreasonably high price. We are disputing them through RTA now and NEVER EVER risk yourself renting through this agency.

We have been living in a property on Dell Road managed by Elite. It's the best price for the most convenient location near the Uni. The end-of-lease cleaning was also arranged by the agent. For the past 1.5 years, it was a big help to simplify the household and focus on our study at UQ.

Recently moved from Townsville for uni and had the most horrible experience renting with LJ Hooker after struggling to break lease over water damage, mould throughout apartment, broken furniture etc. Elite Real Estate took us under their wing and guided us into choosing the perfect apartment close to uni, supermarket and public transport. The process was very speedy (literally took 30 mins to be approved for the property), efficient and hassle free! Jade and David Arnold are very genuine, friendly and kind people who have made the experience of renting x1000 better. They even let us store our boxes of items within the garage before we even moved into the property in order to help us out!!
