LJ Hooker Chermside

I inspected a property managed by LJ Hooker Chermside yesterday and felt compelled to write two things. First, the woman who showed us through the home spoke to the potential tenants as if we were trash. Second, the agent did not volunteer either on the listing or during inspection that the dishwasher will be removed when the current tenants leave (it belongs to the tenants). The owner "doesn't like dishwashers", so would be leaving a very large, dishwasher sized hole in the kitchen. Complete rubbish and outright deceitful. I'd rather look for six months than rent from people like this.

These anti-social people actually pay a despicable organisation called the 'bayside and northern suburbs star' to spread litter all over my suburb. The worst part is it's legal. LJ Hooker you should be ashamed
