Words fail me at the lack of professionalism! Additionally the manner in which money is extorted is beyond belief.

Do yourself a favour, DO NOT RENT through this company unless you would like to experience the below:
* Regardless of how long you have rented through them and what a good tenant you are, still get treated like a second class citizen with a supersized side serve of attitude.
* When you have a water leak on the weekend and there is no answer on the emergency number and no return call from messages left.  Get told on the Monday “you should have turned off the water” so that you go without water and toilet all weekend because apparently that is not an emergency.
* Wait over 6 months to have a faulty [non functioning] dishwasher replaced.
* Wait over 2 years to have faulty security door locks replaced which are mentioned at each routine inspection and “we will get that fixed up”.
* Wait at home for the Property Manager on the scheduled date of inspection and when they do not show up, ring to find out why and be advised “sorry, she is off sick, did we not tell you?”  Yes, you did tell me, that is why I am ringing to see where she is [sarcasm intended]. 
* Receive a reminder text message that an inspection you know nothing about is scheduled for the next day and when you ring to find out about it, get told “sorry, you were not supposed to get that”.
* AND At the end of the lease, after getting them in writing to confirm that your final rent payment has been received and they will cancel the account, have your bank account overdrawn because it was not cancelled and rent which you do not need to pay has been taken out of your account.  AND, that you have to wait for the funds to reach their account [couple of days] before they transfer it back.
* Oh and if you do decide to rent through them, read the Lease and any renewals very carefully because I can guarantee that there will be mistakes.  Get EVERYTHING in writing because you will need to refer back to it.  Do not for one minute believe “I will call you back” or actually anything they say they will do, because chances are it will not be done and you will need to chase it/them up.

Worst realestate I've ever delt with. Was forced to pay unpaid rent of a lease I took over. I was 17 at the time and didn't know any better. If your reading this steer clear of this joke of a company.
