After years of dealing with dodgy landlords and crooked real estate agents, CSG were finally the honest and helpful real estate agents everyone else should try to be more like. Rhianna Bakos handled the property I was renting and just did an excellent job. I've moved somewhere that CSG don't have properties and I wish I was staying with them. They even returned all of my bond despite me going to another real estate - which is what should happen, but I've never found to be the case with any other agent. Repairs were handled on time, with Rhianna coordinating with the owners and repairers. All in all, this is what all real estate agents should be like. Thank you, Campbell Scott Group and Results Property Management, I'd rent through you again in a heartbeat.
Booked an inspection and no one turned up, no one answered the phone either when we called to see what was happening. How is this an effective way of renting property....?
