We have just recently rented our property through Barrett's and It has been a welcoming change to find an agent that actually does what they promise. We are always able to speak to our property manager and phone calls are always returned same day. We have found them to be very professional and knowledgable. Would have no hesitation in recommending Barrett Property Sales if you are looking for a change.

My wife and I recently sold our house through Barrett Property Sales. This experience could not have been easier or more successful. Pat Barrett was very professional in his approach, communication, knowledge and planning. He did what he said he would and ensured the outcome was one that we were both extremely happy with. We could. It recommend Pat and the agency in general highly enough.

Barrett Properties have been looking after my rental properties for a number of years and I have been extremely happy with the service provided. They are always there to discuss any concerns I have with my properties. Staff are all very easy to deal with and if you are looking for someone to manage your property then I definatley would recommend Barrett's.

DISGRACEFULLY DECEITFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Gives you the impression that he has his clients best interests in mind but as a Licensed Agent myself, Pat Barratt takes the cake for that 'oily, gold tooth, sleazy used car salesman type!' Doesn't appreciate going the extra distance to help, won't return phone calls and just gives the Real Estate Industry a bad name in general! When forced to answer for his poor behaviour, he tucks his head down and mumbles a totally incomprehensible answer and now he has a purchaser who can't move in to their home because he chose to be deceitful and avoid his responsibilies and take the 'easy way out!'

It’s been a delight deal with Barrett Property Sales. Sherlyn has been absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer every question we have. It’s an absolute pleasure to have Barrett as our new realestate. Thanks for going above and beyond for us.
