My property manager has recently changed as Ray White Taigum seem to have extremely high staff turn over. I have been dealing with a lady named Katie, I have never been spoken to so rudely or unprofessionally in my life. She admitted that she has no idea about the property I am in or the history of what the owners have approved, she didn't bother to look at the files. She uses the words "I don't care" quite often. I have always had perfect house inspections and have been a great tenant so it's absolutely disappointing to see how this lady treats people who are actually doing the right thing. Ray White desperately need to look at who they are hiring and their professional conduct, as i am certain this rude lady will be ruining their reputation on a daily basis.

Ray White Taigum (HUB 1) has been managing our 3 properties for up to 8 years.  Given we have not resided in the area for most of that time, we relied on them to make the right decisions for us and our tenants.  They do regular inspections of the houses and send us reports with photos.  They have an excellent group of maintenance contractors that they can call on at any time.  Additionally they have followed through with any additional requests we have made, in regards to extra maintenance we requested on the houses.  We have had no turn-over of tenants in 2 of the 3 properties, and only one change out on the 3rd property, which I think reflects on the good relationships they have built with our tenants.   Highly recommend Vanessa Neal and her team at Ray White Taigum.

We rented for 5 years from Ray White Taigum.  In that time we went through approx. 8 property managers and had countless maintenance issues ignored.  We broke the lease due to a move interstate and Michelle Perkins proceeded to not advertise the property when inspections were on, never did an exit report and when she finally did the exit report it was signed by herself fraudulently.  She blamed her assistant for a lot of the issues.   She also told us it was not her responsibility to chase up prospective renters for this property.  She was rude, arrogant and incredibly lazy.  I would strongly recommend avoiding Ray White Taigum and the one star is simply because I cant give zero.

Horrible experience as a tenant.  Moving out they have made it very difficult as they want us to correct cleaning and maintenance issues within 24 hours and only receiving the email at 10am on a Friday. When it took them a whole 12 months to fulfill maintenance requests and some still haven’t been completed moving out. 
Takes days to get response and staff ignore my calls and put me to message bank. I have left messages, emails and called multiple times yet still haven’t heard back. 
As well as giving us 10months of water bills the day before the lease agreement ends and saying we have to pay to get our bond back. How is this fair????

I have nothing but praise for the Rental team at Ray White Taigum. Tammy-Lee has always been a call away if I have had any issues, and appears with a smile when I pop into the office. Any issues have been resolved effectively and efficiently, and I’ve never felt like my concerns were trivialised or not taken seriously. A+++, thank you to Tammy-Lee and the team at Ray White Taigum!
