My property manager Larry Craft has been very helpful after tennant trashed our investment property before tehy exit the house. Larry has been helping to deal with tadesman, insurance company to get new tenant move in as earliest as possible to reduce our loss.

KEEP CLEAR BEFORE THEY BITE!

Worst rental agency in Brisbane, these guys show up without notice, think it's OK to give notice of maintenance after it has taken place and the maintenance is only done after you lodge a "remedy to breach"  after making multiple requests for months for work to be done. The property managers (which they change like their underwear) are extremely rude and hostile and don't seem to understand or have even read the tenancy act. It seems to stem from the property manager Amy Ballentine (who is supported by operations manager kathryn smith), who regularly lies and does not honour her word, is aggressive and unprofessional and if you dare to challenge her (despite obviously being in breach of the tenancy act) she starts to make threats. 

4 entries without notice and 2 by third patries and the door left open and unlocked twice and 1 entry with a notice but entered during a time outside window of entry on form and all in under 12 months. Try also to claim they have not entered despite leaving imspection feedback form behind.

They don't return phone calls and when u do call u just get a generic answering service and no return call.

This office fails to understand the basic fact that the tennat is the customer and not some  begger off the street they are doing a favour for. Do yourself a favour and find another company to rent from, these guys are unprofessional and completely incompitent.

Pretty useless. They don't answer phones, so don't even waste your time trying to call. Just goes to a callback service, to which they NEVER actually call you back. Tried at least three times to get a call back about a rental application. Not once got a reply. Forcing me to go in person to the office three times - at least their in person experience is better otherwise I would have given just one star. They also use the hopeless 1Form system, which not only lacks information but is poorly made and crashes and lags.

Will have to change this to 0 stars but won't let me post without giving 1.  Been waiting for 3 years for a screen door to be fixed. Promises, Promises, Promises. Been a saga since day one. Someone get their act together. Everybody is nice and nothing happens. Grow some balls you people!!!

Dealing with Kim at Watt Realty was an absolute pleasure. Even though we never met in person due to me living interstate, the warmth, friendliness and relationship I built with her just over the phone was fantastic. I couldn't fault Kim. She was always in contact with me, providing updates and giving her honest opinion on how things were travelling. Kim is very bubbly and treated me as if I'd known her for years. There was an instant liking and good communication from the word go. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Kim and if I ever have another house to sell, I'll be heading her way.
