The worse real estate i ever seen in my life especially the agent called nicole morrow, i been trying to contact her via email or call several time she  didn’t even replayed a single time as usual an automated email come thru all the time n then i made the call to the receptionist and she said i passed the details and she will contact asap but as usual never got anything i don’t why they put the ad for the property on internet and then expecting people to the rest by there own i can’t figure it out what sort of the customer service or responsibilities is this would not recommend anyone

They one get one because zero is not available. These people cannot get out of their own way. Breathing unaided is a challenge. #goodnessgraciousme

Rented for two years through Place Nundah with Ariel. Always pleasant, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

If I could score this business any lower I would.  The ongoing barrage of letters, emails, and personally delivered notes to my property from Steve Grimbas is disgraceful, unlawful and plain outright bullying in my own home.  Mr Grimbas if you bothered to return customer phone calls, you may have been an agent that we decided to list our property with. Instead we decided to list PRIVATELY!!! The same can be said when we originally purchased our property from Place (Nundah), when you couldn't be bothered returning our call, and it was only through my own efforts of following up that we secured this property.  Please remove my personal details from your database today and stop harassing me in my home!!
