The staff of Little Real Estate worked in the interest of client (as owner). They have engaged a service provider to deal with a mould issue in the kitchen of my apartment. After the services were done, I was presented with an invoice much more than quoted. I sought for an explanation for the increase. The contractor said they had billed me for another job in another property. They will refund me the excess amount. Little Real estate had worked in the best interest of its client.

I met the BDM, Warren at the home show in Brissy over the weekend. I had not heard of LITTLE Realestate prior to this and had many questions as I’m looking at selling my property, be pointed me in the right direction with the manager for the Gold Coast to ensure I spoke to the best person. Overall Warren was very helpful and had a broad knowledge of the market in the Brisbane city and greater Brisbane area. Great chat and some good points for me to look into to help with the next purchase. Thanks again!
