Tania Gillespie is my property manager at Arthur Conias for 2 of my rental properties. Over the 30 years I have had rental properties I have never had such an efficient and knowledgeable property manager such as Tania. Any issues with the properties or tenants Tania immediately addresses the issues in a professional and timely manner. She is very succinct and measured in her approach with both owners and tenants making her a pleasure to deal with. I am most impressed with Tania being always up to date with all the legalities, RTA policy/procedures and Land Lord insurance details. I always feel calm knowing my properties are in good hands with Tania Gillespie. I highly recommend Tania to any Landlord!

Always trying to rip young tenants off. Extremely rude and unreasonable. Stephanie it the only decent agent in the whole place. I was waiting in the office once, about a year ago, and they were all reading there bad reviews and laughing about them. They obviously have no regard that they're poor business practices has an impact people's livelihood.

The new agent that came in this year really made a huge difference! She got things sorted and responded very fast to my questions even via email, she assisted in leaving a good reference for next place! Very helpful Emily and Ashlee was lovely! Good customer service!

Stephanie has been an absolutely pleasure to work with and has kept me updated at every step in finding a tenant for my property. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Arthur Conias.

My partner and I rented through Arthur Conias for only 6 months but were incredibly impressed with the quality of service as provided by the whole team at Arthur Conias. Stephanie is our property manager and has been incredibly helpful, friendly and reliable throughout the whole period which we leased through A.C. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that our experience has been genuine and positive, and has even helped us in securing our next property interstate. We highly recommend Arthur Conias Real Estate as the best we have ever experienced. Thanks again!
