Kelly, our property manager, was so good at keeping us tenants in the loop with moving out of the property. She answered all our queries very quickly and professionally. Vern was also a delight to have around the house on open house weekends. 10/10 would reccomend

Moving is pretty stressful, but thanks to Kelly Shore, she helped it go allot more smoother than it normally would have. I think Kelly went above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever had, as she not only got things sorted for me quickly, but also helped me unpack the ute I was using, in record time so that I could get it back to the hire company without getting a penalty fee & charged extra, then stayed with my things while I returned the ute. She is a friendly girl, with a positive attitude and I look forward to having Kelly as my property manager.

Property manager Kelly has been very proactive in arranging new tenants. Minimum downtime between tenants and a rent increase always a positive. All issues that were raised, were attended by Kelly in a very prompt and professional manner.

Very happy with my experience since the agency has changed to Plum. Kelly and the team are friendly, yet professional, easy to deal with and always willing to help me. Would recommend to anyone.

Kelly and the team at Plum Property have been great to deal with since we started dealing with them in the back half of 2017. The difference from others seems to be a personal and energetic approach to getting things done with anyone in the office able and willing to help out with an issue.
