Our experience with Johnson Real Estate was Great. Right from the beginning, the Selling SMART process was explained well and we were given many opportunities to ask questions and process information- even down to the detail of what has being sold in the area to help make a choice about the value of Mother's home. Great respect was shown for what she had put into her home for over 23 years. Garreth was in regular contact about any advertising, open home, who had inquired and his follow up with potential buyers. It was like a continuous conversation. He even recommended outside services that would help with preparing the house for Sale since we lived in a rural area and had no idea of availability. Selling a home can be overwhelming but for us, this experience with Johnson Real Estate was one of such reassurance to know that the Sales team, especially Garreth, had my Mum's home in the forefront of their schedules and were meeting the goal of best price for my mother so that her future care needs could be met comfortably.
