Absolutely terrible experience, start to finish. We ended up terminating prior to building, thankfully. They did not follow the estate guidelines as required (and did not advise us of this), added on costings to the contract without being able to explain them and sent our confidential documents to the wrong email. They then refused to return the deposit. It was mistake after mistake, and communicating with them was very difficult. They were also much more expensive than other builders. Would not recommend.

We found Ausbuild very helpful when we struck a substantial problem with a land purchase. They responded quickly and resolved the problem without fuss or bother. They acted professionally and with a great deal of sympathy to help us out of our worrying and potentially costly situation. Thanks guys.

Good quality homes, great supervisors but terrible communication and fairly poor sub contractor work standards.
