Always messy, always out of stock. The staff seem to not care a bit about restocking and organising. I have been disappointed so many times coming to get a common item in plumbing or in hardware finding out it is out of stock and staff telling me it was ordered but in the back rooms. The whole isles are messy to a point sometimes I start organising myself!!! Usually end up driving extra mile to Manly West Bunnings to get what I want.
I would like to make a complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service experience I had at this store.nnI was trying to get clarification about a price difference for the exact same item purchased from another store only 4 days apart. Unfortunately, instead of receiving help, I was passed around between multiple staff members who were rude, dismissive, and unable to provide basic assistance.nn1. The first staff member did not even take the time to listen to my question properly and immediately sent me to the “plumbing department.”n2. When I arrived there, the lady informed me that the “plumbing department doesn’t exist” and that was the special orders desk. She was unable to clearly explain the reason for the price difference and kept giving inconsistent answers, including suggesting it may have been related to a PowerPass discount, despite me already showing the original price before any discount was applied. I insisted in a clear answer so then, She called another team member, who also could not provide an explanation other than saying, “That’s the price.” At that point, I was becoming frustrated and asked if there was someone else who could properly explain the situation. I was then sent back to the front desk, requiring me to walk across the store again while carrying 3-metre pipes.n3. Finally, the lady at the returns desk did provide the correct explanation. I told her that her explanation was clear and helpful, and I suggested that the team should know the basics regarding why prices may differ between stores to avoid customers being sent around unnecessarily. However, she was extremely dismissive, ignored my feedback completely, and showed no concern about the poor experience I had just gone through.nnOverall, the customer service I received was unacceptable:nn* Zero customer caren* Zero communicationn* Zero supportn* Very poor attitude from multiple staff membersnnI expect much better from your team, especially when customers are simply asking for a basic explanation and assistance.
This would have to be up there with the worst Bunnings in Australia!nnI’ve been to a lot, this one’s a shamblesnnStock in the rainnnUnorganisednnBad layoutnnAbsolute shambles
I want to thank the two amazing women who helped me and went above and beyond to make my day a little better. I was getting supplies for a garden bed i was making for my mother, i got overwhelmed from the shitty day i was having and all the confusion that came to me with it. To Emma and sue who made sure i left happy and i could make my mother happy again i owe you guys the world. Here’s the beautiful garden bed i made. yes i messed up building it a bit let’s not judge that part
