While I often also shop at the Victoria Point location, I've found the customer service at this store to be noticeably better, especially at the entrance and the staff here, for some reason, are friendlier and more helpful.nnThe product selection is surprisingly vast; you'll likely find things you didn't even expect them to carry. You can save a lot on pet supplies, cleaning products, art, lighting, and more.nMy personal favourite is the gardening and plant section. As I've been renovating my yard & gardens, I've been impressed by the wide variety of greenery, plants, and even fruit and vegetable options for my backyard. I've been very happy with all my purchases. They offer a money-back guarantee, though I haven't used it for the last three plants that died – Queensland's sun is just too hot & that’s not their fault!nThere's ample parking, plenty of trolleys, on-site restrooms, and even a cafe if you need a drink. I always plan to pop in for just 10 minutes, but I inevitably end up staying much longer. It's always a great experience.

Since we bought our house, Bunnings has become our favourite store. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with any questions. It’s also great that you can always return a purchase if needed. We love shopping there!
Due to getting a KABOODLE Kitchen installed through Bunnings I have been dealing with them on a very constant basis. Each and every staff member I’ve dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, and ever so helpful. I’ve even got to know them on a first name basis!!! It makes my shopping there such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. KUDOS to all the staff and team members who work there!!
I’m sick of being treated poorly at this store. Asked for help and was told this person could not spend too long with me as they would get in trouble. I didn’t need that long. Just asking about a product.nToday only 2 people serving and self serve was closed. Heard they were having a meeting. I lined up and the lady missed my clearance item and charged me full price then told ME to go to the only other person serving to get a refund. I went to refunds desk only to be told by Christine to go to the END OF THE LINE!nSo I had to wait in line again. Lines were really long! I actually went home and came back to change something and it was still same with only 2 ladies serving, no self serve and long lines. Customer service was very poor.
