I was in the other day for a return, I was served by Christine who was in the middle of 3 conversations, barely acknowledged me was rude and dismissive.nWhilst processing my return she has missed an item that I had brought back due to being caught up in other conversations with everyone around her.nI understand if your working you'll have conversations with colleagues and customers on a normal basis, however if your going to have these quick conversations maybe don't call over the next customer in line then proceed to chat away and forget to scan the things in front of you.
Worst ever for returning deposits . I have waited 4 days .called several times . Told it takes up to 3 days . Called again 4th day and was told by a rude woman Cheryl that it hadn't even been processed . So I have to wait and 3 days . Complained to manager Mike France. That she was rude and this isn't good enough. He wasn't any better . I was accused at swearing at her which is a lie . Anything to cover her self and he believed her over a customer . I have been not only stuffed.around but left feeling very sad about all of this . I have had no apologies from either parties. So bewareof bunnings at capalaba store . I will be never shopping there again and will be telling every one. Rude and discusting service .
Cafeteria pricing was wrong on two items I purchased. When I asked why I’d been overcharged the lady said sorry the price signs were out of date. The cafeteria was dead quiet and I was the only customer so she couldn’t blame being too busy … maybe lack of customer care and bad attitude more like. $20 for sandwich, coffee and cake … won’t be getting lunch at Bunnings again
