I will never shop at Target again after experiencing terrible customer service here today. I had bought pyjamas for my child and after one wear they had 2 holes in them. Customer service would not refund my money only a gift card which is against consumer legislation. After accepting they were only going to give me a gift card I chose different pyjamas which cost more than the original ones only ones available in the correct size and went to use the card, the pin number was faulty and scratched off. The girl at the self serve checkouts said she could not help I had to ring gift cards. I called them and was advised they would have to mail out a new gift card to me. Everyone was completely unhelpful and uninterested in finding a solution just passing the problem to someone else. I finally rang complaints who told the store should have just transferred the money to a new gift card in the first place. Pathetic customer service
Never ever buy any games or console or whatever comes with... just got a Nintendo switch lite for my 8 years old did not realise he want a Nintendo switch so he can play 2 players with his sister..next day went bk to change it and will pay anything extra... guess what.. they say we already open it... what !! Stupid Target.. will let everyone knows never buy from there!!!
Always clean, bright, inviting. Easy to locate things. Products are displayed nicely. Products are always high quality. Staff are friendly. Found exactly what I needed, in & out quickly. I don’t have time to mess around.
Target Capalaba has great selections, it's smaller than the other shopping chains however don't be misled by their size. They have great selections that you can only find in their shop. The staff are welcoming and very helpful with a smile. The shop is clean and big enough to comfortably shop. Target also does in store afterpay and zip pay.
As with most other Targets, a large floor area with heaps of almost every household item covering all members of the family. Prices are well, Target prices and they are a bit more pricey. I do like the service though. The returns should you need them are done without a quibble and help on the floor is good if you can find a staff member.
