Hi, I recently did a purchase with Target Online. Two of the items did not fit, so I went to the store at Capalaba. They gave me a Credit Voucher. They say that they DO NOT REFUND. I went into the store to make a small purchase. When at the cash register, they advised me that I CAN NOT use my credit voucher because , My item was for less than the credit voucher. They advised that the credit voucher can ONLY be used for the full amount in that one transaction or more, NOT less. You can’t use it for multiple transactions till you use it up, it must be for the total of the credit voucher AND it will expire in 3 months I refuse to go around the store to buy items I don’t need to be able to use my credit voucher. I’m on a disability pension, $50 is a lot of money. I’ve request the dept fair trading to look into this matter

Worst experience of my life. Tried to return an unused car seat because it wouldnt fit as we have sport seats to be told " its not faulty its a change of mind"... I dont think so Target, if it cannot be secured into a car in a fashion that is safe to carry a baby how could you possibly consider that not faulty? Not only was I perfectly just in my return I was asking for a simple credit note not a refund. Your store policy us a joke, I have wasted perfectly good money on a product YOU clearly wont stand behind.. Serves me right trying to save a couple of dollars on a second seat for my son.. You should be ashamed of your self!
