Did a click and collect online yesterday, I got my partner to drive down to pick it up due to me being sick with the barcode to scan. They turned her away. I called up explaining I had a bad case of covid and I wouldn't be able to come down myself and asked if I could get a refund. The very snarky lady informed me they won't do a refund and that i would have to come in with I.D. even though I'm unable to come pick it up.nApparently the only way to get a refund is waiting 19 days and then they will automatically process a refund. So that is what I will do unfortunately. I understand there are procedures in place but I've done click and collect from other stores and sometimes all you need is a barcode.nPoor and very rude customer service, will not be coming back, i dont usually shop at target but now I definitely won't be. At all.
Target Capalaba has great selections, it's smaller than the other shopping chains however don't be misled by their size. They have great selections that you can only find in their shop. The staff are welcoming and very helpful with a smile. The shop is clean and big enough to comfortably shop. Target also does in store afterpay and zip pay.
As with most other Targets, a large floor area with heaps of almost every household item covering all members of the family. Prices are well, Target prices and they are a bit more pricey. I do like the service though. The returns should you need them are done without a quibble and help on the floor is good if you can find a staff member.
All staff of checkouts failed to tell or help us remove the securty tag and ended up ripping the shirt. When we went in the store they failed to give us a refund and were rude and blunt.
Interesting today I received a reply for a review more than 12mths old. Anyway I still love checking out Target regularly to find some good buy's. I'm still disappointed to find that it is now all self serve, no choice. Getting use to self serve checkout .
