Excellent service for our body corp at Malcolm Street for 17+ years! Any delays was the fault of us in the apartments not getting back to them as it is always tricky to get six different owners to participate. They handled all that with diplomacy.

Rented a property through Matthews were always a pleasure to talk to. Responded quickly to repair requests, and always willing to listen to the tenants. Will always look to them in the future again when renting.

I have worked with Matthews Real Estate at Annerley as a trade supplier since I began my business. I am yet to receive the same level of communication, dedication and commitment from any one of my existing regular agencies. Matthews Real Estate is always willing to go the extra mile to support their owners, tenants and tradespeople and they continue to be the absolute best we deal with on a daily basis. As a business owner, I cannot sing their praises more highly. Fantastic service, great attention to detail and always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would not recommend any other real estate agency over Matthews Real Estate.

I've rented for over 28 years. I believe the team at Matthews are fantastic! After renting through them for approx 4 years, I can highly reccomend them! I can honestly say I've never experienced such Professional, Personable or Attentive service from any Real Estate in the past. Nothing is ever a problem, or too much trouble. I've always been treated with Courtesy and Respect. A special mention must go to my Property Manager Camille Mosquera, who made me feel Calm & Confident from the very first day I decided to rent my unit. (I hadn't moved in almost 12 years, it was nerve-wracking!) She, & the team, offered me much support. Thank you all! Shaun Favell- Villa St Annerley
