Everything about my dealings with Scott Thomas has been friendly and professional.We received good advice about advertising for new tenants even before switching our business, and we are pleased with the website and level of documentation that are recorded online.

Unprofessional service with unprofessional agents. Agents were not responsive in any means, they tried to avoid communication by replying our emails sent 3-5 days ago at 5.01pm. (while their closing hour is 5.00pm), which indicated that they wanted to delay the discussion even by one day. 

Hold onto our bond to nearly one month after RTA released our bond to them. Only returned the bond after multiple emails sent to rush them. 

Asked for receipt on job quoted on us and got no replies till today, which we couldn't verify whether they've really done the job or not, since we were not given any sort of receipt at all. All they do was sending us quotes asking for money/deducting from our bond, without showing us proof of work done. 

Also, we got charged on basic wear and tear that is unavoidable. Super unfair!

Not recommended at all, there are better real estate!

Basically worst experience to lease a 1-year property from them!

Our experience with Cameron and the Belle Team has been absolutely great so far, definitely the best Real Estate we've dealt with in Australia until now. We've had many bad experiences with other Real Estates in the past and it's really nice to see that customer service and honesty still exists in this business. Cameron is very professional and extremely efficient and we're very happy with the service he's providing. Keep up the great work Cameron and Belle Team, really appreciate your professional service!

Belle Property are the best real estate company I have dealt with. They are helpful and professional and have helped me so much with my investment properties. Scott, David, Bettina and their team are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the real estate market. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Try them out for yourself to see that this company is right on top of the property market game.
