We recently bought our family home from James and we were very impressed by his professionalism, honesty and communication. James kept us abreast of all negotiations, was willing to give up his time to inspect the property outside of the set open for inspections times and went above and beyond our expectations of an estate agent. I recently purchased a home from James McKinlay from Place Real Estate in Woolloongabba, during the entire process - from inspecting, negotiating and final settlement, I found James to be extremely professional and transparent with his dealings but most of all I was impressed with his tenacity to achieve the desired outcome for all parties involved. My parents recently sold their property with James McKinaly. From day 1 he was fantastic showing extensive market knowledge. James and his team always seemed one step ahead and were always willing to go out of there way to accommodate us. If your looking for someone who is down to earth and caring you've found him.
James is a superstar!!! From the first view of the property right through to settlement James was first class. Brilliant communicator, respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. James made the purchase of our new home so easy and post settlement even helped with organising timeframes for tenant move out and us moving in. We really appreciate James's help and looking forward to working with James in the future.
