Had the worst experience with Monique Hall. In all my years of renting I've never met anyone so unprofessional and rude. Nothing short of a bully. While trying to negotiate new terms on our lease she would not let us talk, and told us over the phone to stop bothering her, and not to send send her emails, as she would delete them ? When we finally decided to leave, she deducted money from our bond for 'cleaning fees' while never providing: a any photos of the said 'dirty areas' b the chance to go back to clean c any receipt for the amount she intended to charge. Horrible experience.
I will not recommend this agency to any home owner as listing agency.They are not professional and punctual. Infact Monique hall is quite rude and unpleasant. She was late for the inspection and didn't even care to say sorry. Instead complained about me calling her and not sending her a message. Worst experience so far that too on the inspection day itself. Glad I didn't go ahead with the property. Beware guys!

Friendly and informative people that are incredibly professional and helpful to deal with.
Terrible experience with Monique Hall, after a $750 bond clean she wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to repaint bedrooms for tiny prexisting spots along skirting boards. We never received an exit report, and she didn't reply to emails and didn't engage with RTA dispute resolution. Finally we had to go to QCAT to get our full bond back. Renters be aware and take photos of everything when moving in.
