Avoid at all costs, broken promises, I had a property rented with them and they decided to shut down holiday rentals overnight and are still holding rent money of several thousand dollars owed for past 4 weeks? you have been warned, I am now starting legal proceedings to recover

One of the worst agents. Communication becomes really bad towards your contract ending period. In my case during key handover agent dint even bother to say a bye, though he was next door. Wont recommend at all.

Do yourself a favour and do not deal with them. Requests for repairs where hardly dealt with or took 6+ months to be sorted out. Some repairs were disregarded whereby I had to fix myself - destroyed flyscreens from major hail storm - was never reimbursed for this either, therefore had to deal with bugs getting inside, until it was fixed, again, by myself. This also lead to uncomfortable temperatures during summer (see below). Weekly rent increased upon lease renewal with no maintenance conducted on the premises. Rent also increased due to hail storm as apparently "Owner insurance increased". Walls were never painted during 5+ years in the unit. Carpets in need or replacing - worn, cigarette burn marks in parts (previous tenant) - Was without hot water for 4 weeks even though was brought to their attention earlier. Toilet constantly ran, unless a spot fix was done by premises owner, which held for 2-3 weeks before the issue returned. Bathroom taps also busted, with me having to call a plumber to sort out and was told they needed replacing. Was mentioned, and never dealt with. Hot water often coming out of the cold tap when left to run for a few moments while washing hands. Shower also never held hot water, would run cold for 3 minutes + at times. Summer temperatures within given premises (address omitted) are ridiculously hot. Was told numerous times there was proper insulation and fans mounted to the outside roof to handle the heat, inside temperatures were 47c during summer. No internal fans for tenant either. Was also never sent a lease renewal to fill in and send back to state I was not renewing for another period at end of tenancy. All previous times during tenancy, normally 2-3 weeks prior to lease ending I received through e-mail or post documents to fill out stating my intention of renewal etc. Upon final lease expiry, I was not given a final lease to state my intention of moving out, was told it was not a requirement for them to send me one and I should have asked for it. Therefore, I was unable to give proper notice of leaving which I would have been able to had proper duties been conducted to supply me with documents, I was therefore MADE to pay an extra 2 weeks rent. Premises was cleaned top-to-bottom before leaving, was not within the premises for the final 2 weeks I was MADE to pay, yet upon inspection some moths had gotten into cupboards, and some dust had settled in places of the premises. Was MADE to go clean it before bond would be settled, even though I had not entered the premises over the last, 2 forced weeks of tenancy, in which I never entered the premises. Also, had asked to be present during final inspection, however, inspection was conducted without me present and upon asking why I was not informed I was told that I never asked the specific time they would be there doing the inspection, I should have asked that. Again, duties not performed as information could have been given by a 2 second phone call to let me know of the inspection time. Overall, during tenancy there were issues which were never addressed with the biggest issue being that as soon as it came time to leave the premises, and was no longer paying them rent, it was an uphill battle. Hence the 1 star rating. Do yourself a favour.

Andrea was our third property manager in a short time with Space but was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her anytime.
