My husband and I used the services of NPB Brisbane for both the Vendor Advocacy of my investment property and Buyers Agency for the purchase of our new family home.

The resulting sale of my investment property was great and the sales agent appointed on Stephen`s recommendations certainly exceeded his and our expectations. Stephen kept us informed at all times during the auction campaign and his control and anticipation of what the buyer was going to do next was amazing.

We then engaged Stephen to provide us with the Assess and Negotiate service when we were ready for our family home purchase. During this process we presented Stephen with a few properties over a 3-4 month time period and his assessment on all properties was market ready and detailed. We followed his advice and guidance and eventually found him our dream home to provide us with his opinion on and after a quick negotiation period Stephen secured us what is a great property at an even better price than he and us had expected.

We then engaged Stephen to assist as our Vendor Advocate for the sale of our previous family home and again a great outcome.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending any of the services of NPB Brisbane.

As I am a FIFO worker and new to Brisbane, knowing the area and getting the best value for money is difficult, let alone having the time to do the research and necessary paperwork.  I started looking at getting a unit and viewed a number of properties from which I was harassed by the multiple vendors that my number was left with (still being harassed!).  I then approached NPB who provided a great service right down to collecting the keys at the settlement and checking over the property.  
I recommend the service for anyone that is not close to the market or simply can use their time better elsewhere and allow the professionals to do the job.
