Stephen goes above and beyond in preparing your property for sale and proactively and positively engaging with buyers to keep them interested and engaged. He even helped me with some of the work that needed doing in the apartment prior to open homes and following the sale to meet the buyers needs post inspections. He is communicative and always available to listen and also offer advice from his wealth of real estate experience. I can't recommend Stephen highly enough. Don't hesitate - give him a call!
