Grace has been extremely helpful in sorting out our issues with the home owner regarding numerous maintenance issues. Very supportive and prompt with her actions and ensured we know our rights and how to meet them. Wonderful real estate that looks after their tenants when they need assistance. The 4 star instead of 5 is due to the fact I had to email a few times regarding the same problem (though this could be poor response on the owners behalf not the real estate) but once Grace was onto it, she was great.

Bad experience. Wanted to pay in advance by paying 4 weeks ahead or monthly and their response was to calculate rent per day and round up, effectively raising the rent from the lease agreement. Reach out several time to them and absolutely no attempt was made to help even if in fact I am paying more than I should and faster than a weekly rental. I recommend everyone to stay away from them. If you forget your card you will have to go to their office to get a temporary one, even if you are in an hotel where they can give you entry. That's because NSRE don't allow tenant to use Hotel staff and tenant aren't in the system. Stay away, you have been warned.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with as a Tenant.
No hot water throughout the majority of winter and told that I was lying and didn't know how to use a hot water tap. 
Continual ignoring of emails and phone calls, even when my bond was owed back to me.
I had 3 property mangers in 12 months, whom all seem to have never spoke to each other so the issues would just go on forever.
If I ever see this Company's name attached to a property I'm applying for, I will avoid like the plague.
I couldn't reccomend this company any lower if I tried.

I found this company to be slow in response to emails, regularly I would write in twice only then get a response shortly after, though maybe my expectations of 24-48 hour response rate is too high. 

They ended my lease on a Monday, adding an extra day and even though for 12 months I had been paying fortnightly they didn't tell me until the day of, that my payments didn't line up and to pay extra, I then had to return my keys during business hours to their office which has no parking and be treated poorly by the receptionist as she photocopied the keys, I was told I couldn't leave them in the apartment for them to pick up and they then sent me an entry notice for an inspection that night with 6 hours notice (they are infrequent with actually abiding by the times for entry notices), I had no choice- I was forced to return my keys before 5pm and forced to pay until midnight that night. I don't mind paying the rent but they were so rude, and accused me of not wanting to pay the rent (I was upset to find out the day of, as I had just assumed it would line up-I've never had this happen before in prior rentals). 

I find their contact style rude and their office extremely intimidating and uncomfortable to visit. I wouldn't recommend them especially as they advertise themselves as having "unsurpassed, professional and friendly service". 

I think they look after their landlords really well and their tenants only in the initial phases.

As a Tenant, I have had excellent service from NSRE over the past 2 years.  They responded to any maintenance issues I had straight away and always gave sufficient notice to visits.  On an occasion where there was some confusion with the utility bills, through no fault of NSRE, it was handled very well and cleared up professionally.  I would recommend any prospective client to lease or rent with NSRE.
