These guys are unorganized and out to grab as much of your bond as possible.  Choose another real estate agent, they are not professionals.

Lived in my apartment for one year. When something broke they were all too quick to have it fixed. Clean up was easy with the company they suggested. Bond was returned quickly. Would definitely go with them again. Mary Hardimon

Had a great experience with them until it came time to move out, almost a flawless experience I would say. However, when it came to move out my experience was much different. They suggested someone for us to do the end of lease cleaning. I called the company up who quoted me $260, which I learnt once I called around was quite expensive for the small apartment we lived in. Anyway, we decided to go with another company. I had them come and clean the apartment to make sure that we got our deposit back. Additionally to this they had recommended someone else to have the carpets steam cleaned, I went with the recommendation that O'Connor Realty had suggested. All in all the cleaning of the carpets and the cleaning of the apartment came to around $200 in total. I felt this wasn't too bad considering I would be getting the deposit back without hassle. However, I was completely wrong. I received the deposit back with almost $400 missing from it; citing the reason "cleaning fee". The unbelievable thing was not only had they said that the firm I had got in to do it hadn't done a good job; they also used the company which quoted me $260!! Yet they had decided to charge me $400 for the same service (total scam!) When I questioned this they said it had took 9 hours. Considering we lived in a one bedroom apartment this was outrageous. I think someone who was an inexperienced cleaner would have maybe taken 3 hours at the most to clean our tiny little apartment. The person who actually cleaned it took just over 2 hours, hence why the bill for this was only around the $100 mark.
Anyway, was a great experience up until moving out. Just be careful when moving out as I got the feeling they must try this with a lot of there tenants..
