My experience with Hot Property was professionalism from the beginning to the end. We had very specific needs with respect to the property we were looking to purchase and Zoran was tenacious to the end securing the perfect house that ticked every box on the list. The right suburb, street and best of all the right price. He coordinated all parties to ensure settlement was a very smooth event. My family loved his approach as he connected with everyone individually and respected where each person was coming when looking for a new home. I will never buy and sell another house without engaging Hot Property.

Having dealt with Zoran and his team for a number of years I would not have any doubt in my mind referring my clients to them both as Buyer's Agents or Property Management, you would find a better team with more knowledge of the market.

We were new to the housing market and were given an excellent recommendation for Hot Property Buyers Agency.  We were going into our house search with a tight budget and an even tighter time frame.

Dan, Zoran and the team at Hot Property worked tirelessly to make sure that they could find something suitable for us within well within our budget. They were friendly, professional and always acted in our best interests.  Their network of contacts are second to none and they kept us in the loop every step of the way.  

Being new to the property ownership market, we were unsure about the processes and with Dan and the team at our side, simultaneously educating us and acting on our behalf, we never once felt like we didn't know what was going on.

We would highly recommend these guys and will harp on continuously about the good work that they do to anyone that will indulge us. We wouldn't want anyone else batting for us when going into the property buying process.  We can't thank them enough!

I’ve known Liz and Zoran for many years through our professional association. Their passion for real estate and client service really stands out. They are proactive and always seem more than happy to go the extra mile to take the stress out of buying for their clients.
