Ironfish were honestly the best real estate I’ve ever dealt with. Our property managers were easily contactable and all maintenance was actioned as fast as possible. Right up to the exit, Ironfish were incredible to deal with and made vacating a stress free endeavour. We even got our full bond returned. I couldn’t recommend Bernadette and the Ironfish team more.
My husband and I have been with Ironfish for 2 years now in a home we called ours because we loved it like our own. We made beautiful gardens to make it like ours, odd for a rental but that’s just us. We have the most loving, compassionate, bubbly real estate agent Michelle Galatola as our agent and we love her like a family member. She is a breath of fresh air on every home inspection and really appreciate her when something needs attention, Michelle gets it done. It will take awhile to settle but we will get there. Having rented for over 13 years, I've dealt with many property managers, some good, some bad, and some downright dreadful. However, Michelle and the entire Ironfish team have been phenomenal to work with as a tenant for the past 18 months. Michelle is approachable, and genuinely cares about her tenants, as well as her commitments to her property owners. Michelle is an absolute pleasure to be a tenant through, and when I eventually buy I won't hesitate to contact her to manage my properties.
I have never experienced a Property Manager like Michelle at Ironfish. Not only was she thorough in her position, she was very obviously working for both the owners and me as a tenant. Michelle was always easy to contact, extremely conscientious in the upkeep of the property, and very responsive to the times when there was an issue with the property general maintenance as well as the occasional tap fix etc. Having rented for a decade, I have never had a better Property Manager. You will be lucky if Michelle from Ironfish becomes yours.
From requesting an inspection to signing the lease David and the team at Ironfish have been a pleasure to deal with. David’s professionalism is second to none, taking the time to personally guide applicants through the property to the quickest processing and approval of my application I have ever experienced. Highly recommend David and the team at Ironfish for all your real-estate needs.
David was amazing as an agent, I didn’t feel judged and was treated with respect when looking at the house. He was also helpful with all the paperwork and kept me updated each step of the way. I highly recommend him. Also I want to thank the team for helping out with option to assist a smooth transition into the house. 5 star rating you deserve.
I had the pleasure of having Michelle Galatola as my property manager at my previous rental , such a bubbly personality each time inspection’s came around and always put in time to have a lovely chat . Michelle was very approachable with what ever my needs were and handled everything with ease . I felt like I mattered and the communications between from whether it was a call or email was prompt and professional, Michelle went above and beyond to help myself find my next home without and stress on myself. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Michelle I will miss you but I believe I gained a friend out of this , and to Iron fish for leaving me in the hands of such a wonderful and very caring property manager that I have no doubt will exceed much higher in leaps and bounds . Michelle was a lovely property manager for the two years we stayed in our rental. She was professional, friendly and approachable. Any prospective tenant will be lucky to deal with her and the ironfish team.
I have only just started my renting journey with Ironfish, and already I have been absolutely blown away by the calibre of staff I have dealt with... in particular - David Melville. Prompt responses to email, friendly phone manner and even the 7:30pm text message to let me know my rental application had been approved... as he knew it had been a worrisome process. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
We rented for 2 years with Ironfish as the agents, we were well looked after and very happy with their service, particular our interactions with Sharna. Great quality both for the owner and tenants.
